TheCenter’s largest fund raiser will again be held in Frisco’s elegant Grand Ballroom of Embassy Suites Hotel. Mark your calendar (last year’s event was a sell out) for Saturday evening April 19th, 2008! You will be entertained by the wonderful and zany antics of Emmy-award winning comedian Dana Carvey, enjoy a fabulous silent and live auction, a gourmet dinner and learn how critical your support is to protecting Collin County children. 

We are pleased to announce the Chair of Gala 2008; loyal volunteer, dedicated board member, steadfast supporter and consummate champion of children, Wendy Engibous.  Returning from last year’s steering committee is Gala 2007 Co-Chair Ronelle Ianace. Ianace along with Pam Hatchard will chair the auction committee. Together with CCCAC Board Secretary, Debbie Braun, and returning ’07 co-chair, Craig Perry they will produce and extraordinary entertainment line up. Other committee chairs include: Andrea Stroh, who has committed to selling 1,100 raffle tickets for a beautiful 2008 Chevrolet Corvette provided by Huffines Auto Dealerships. Rounding out the stellar steering committee are Cindy Sutley, decorating chair; David Downs, sponsorship and underwriting chair; Peggy Sankus, acknowledgement chair, host committee chair, Debbie Jordan and publicity chair, Jane Donovan.
