Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. CCCAC’s Development Department is responsible for developing, maintaining and growing financial support to underwrite program services and operational expenses associated with sustaining quality service delivery for children and their non-offending family members victimized by abuse. Relationships developed among corporations, service organizations, individuals and foundations, in combination with special events, direct mailings and in-kind donations serve to create a solid and diversified funding base.

Less than 10% of the center’s budget comes from government and affiliated organizations. Over 70% comes from contributions, special events and donated goods and services.

The center’s “Management and General” and “Fundraising and Events” portion of the annual budget is consistently under 25%.
