The success of Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center is a direct result of the center’s strong community volunteer contingent. Over 100 volunteers support center professionals and clients by performing assignments as diverse as the services offered through CCCAC. They are integral to the center accomplishing its mission.

Volunteer Requirements

  • Volunteers must be 18 years of age
  • Complete an application including an authorization to conduct a criminal background check
  • Sign a release for a Central Registry check
  • Sign a pledge of confidentiality
  • Provide felony and misdemeanor conviction information
  • Commit to working at least 4 hours every week for a one year period
